This Privacy Policy does not yet cover full app use, paid creator content, marketplace transactions, payouts, in-app purchases or creator monetisation. Separate or additional privacy information will apply when those features become available.

Submitting an application does not guarantee beta access, creator approval, monetisation, payouts, better revenue split, platform status or partnership.
9. Minors
Users under 13 may not submit forms, create accounts or apply for Silent Run access.
Users aged 13 to 17 may only participate as Junior Users or Junior Creators where allowed by Silent Run and applicable law.
Junior Creators may only submit or upload free, non-commercial content. They may not use paid creator features, payouts, marketplace selling or monetisation.
Where required by law, parental or guardian consent may be required.
Silent Run may apply additional privacy and safety measures for minors, including limited visibility, no targeted advertising based on profiling, restricted communication features and stricter moderation.
10. Sharing Personal Data
We may share personal data with trusted third parties where necessary, including website hosting providers, email service providers, form providers, analytics providers, security and anti-spam providers, legal or professional advisers and authorities where legally required.
We do not sell personal data.

Indicative retention periods: waitlist data until launch plus a reasonable follow-up period, creator application data up to 24 months after submission unless longer retention is needed, marketing consent records as long as needed to prove consent, email communication up to 24 months unless legally relevant, technical security logs usually up to 12 months, and legal records as long as required to protect legal rights or comply with law.
Retention periods may be adjusted where required by law, dispute, security issue or legal claim.
